SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

EVENT SPONSORHIP PACKAGE – £5,000 +vat
What’s Included:

Pre-event
• Logo (and endorsement as event sponsor) on all promotional material
• Logo (and endorsement as event sponsor) on all electronic media including
Awards pages on the NEPIC website (logo will appear within headline banner on
awards web pages
• Sponsor branding on e-invitation sent to all table hosts and their guests one month
prior to the event
• Sponsor company bio and logo listed on awards pages within NEPIC website
• 1 x e-marketing campaign to be sent to the NEPIC membership contact database
promoting the sponsor company and their involvement with the event
• 1 x social media post per week in the 4 weeks leading up to the event promoting
the company as main event sponsor with links to company website
• 1 x promotional banner within 1 issue of the NEPIC e-news bulletin

The Event
• Exclusive award category sponsorship with branding visible at event on screens
and photo backdrops
• Option to display a company display banner at the event
• Full page inside front cover colour advert in official event programme & logo (with
endorsement as event sponsor) on the programme cover
• Sponsor logo visible on-stage during event
• 1x table of 10 located close to the stage

Post-event
• Reference as main event sponsor in the special Awards issue e-bulletin following
the event
• Sponsor logo website link included with post event editorial on the NEPIC website
• Sponsor logo used across all post-event publicity.
• Sponsor may use ‘award sponsor’ logo on own marketing material until the awards
are relaunched in October 2023.
