EXHEAT MTH

The MTH (Miniature Tank Heater) by EXHEAT is a smaller range of ‘plug and play’ immersion heaters providing a complete solution for the heating of liquids in a hazardous area where space is at a premium.

EXHEAT MTH mini tank hazardous area immersion heater provide certified heating for Zone 1 & Zone 2 (Flammable Gas) and Zone 21 & Zone 22 (Dust) hazardous areas and explosive atmospheres according to ATEX Directive.

Each EXHEAT MTH is designed with specific fittings for direct immersion while incorporating both process set-point control and over-temperature trip electronic circuitry – therefore it requires no additional control or safety components to operate.

The inclusion of bespoke electronic PCB allows for greater accuracy and lower hysteresis when controlling the process temperature, when compared with traditionally used mechanical temperature switches.

A compact, sleek Ex d anodised aluminium enclosure houses the electronics, this provides an ideal solution when space is limited. Suitable for ambient temperatures as low as ≤40°C to ≤60°C. Designed for long term stability as well as the option for yearly calibration to ensure maximum accuracy.
