EXHEAT FX SERIES – UKEX CERTIFICATION

EXHEAT Industrial has announced today that it has successfully been awarded the UKCA (UK Conformity Assessment) marking in compliance to the new UKEX Scheme. The new UKEX certificate covers the FX series, which includes the FX Enclosure Compact Heaters and FXT Thermostats.

With the recent transition from the previous CE marking, EXHEAT Industrial is proud to be the first enclosure heater manufacturer who holds the UKEX certification. By ensuring compliance with the UKCA requirements, this assures customers that the products in the FX series continues to be approved for use for the market in Great Britain.

EXHEAT FX SERIES

The FX range of hazardous area enclosure heaters manufactured by EXHEAT provides an array of enclosure / cabinet heating solutions, and are available in both fixed duty and self-regulating variants – the EXHEAT FX range of electric heaters are ATEX Certified & Approved can also manufacture bespoke self-regulating designs to suit any space restraint or duty requirement.

This range of electrical heating products are certified for use in hazardous areas where the potentially explosive atmosphere is classified as a Zone 1 or Zone 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) gas group or Zone 21 or 22 (IIIA, IIIB, IIIC) dust groups according to ATEX.

FX heaters can be controlled using the EXHEAT FXT control thermostats certified according to ATEX to provide safe and reliable heat in hazardous areas industries.
