The evening, hosted by celebrity guest and comedian Jon Culshaw, saw the Energy community come together to celebrate the best of the best throughout the industry.
The Workforce Engagement award, won by Stork, recognised the outstanding steps taken by the company to give their workforce a voice in the organisation and develop an empowering culture that delivers commercial and reputational benefits for the company. Stork’s people were at the heart of this win. Their commitment to the Safer Together and DRIVE platforms, which are being continually embedded in everything they do, show these platforms are more than just brands or programmes – it is part of their identity. Employee-owned and leadership-enabled; they provide teammates with a voice to stand up and be heard; making positive impacts across the company.
“It goes without saying that this is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Stork and an honour for our industry peers to recognise Stork in this way.
