Emerging Leaders Award in Pharmaceuticals
PM Groups Process Engineer, Emma Claxton, has won an Emerging Leaders Award at this year’s ISPE UK Affiliate Awards.
Emma was nominated in the Influence and Leadership category. In receiving the award, Emma was also recognised for her involvement in promoting women in engineering.
Emma said:
“I am honoured to be one of this year’s winners of the ISPE Emerging Leaders Awards”
“I have been fortunate to work on different initiatives and projects with PM Group, where I have been able to demonstrate my leadership in complex technical environments.”
Emma joined PM Group in 2018 as a graduate on the NEXT Graduate Programme.
From the outset, she was an advocate of corporate responsibility initiatives.
More recently, Emma joined our Voice of the People group to champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
