The company help businesses across the UK in varying sectors including engineering, manufacturing and waste recycling to gain UKAS accredited ISO certifications including 9001 (quality), 14001 (environmental) & 45001 (health and safety).
Following recent investment in their website, sales and marketing, Compliant have experienced an upturn in demand for their services during the last 18 months. With many businesses looking to tender for public sector opportunities, become included in frameworks and for those wanting to gain competitor advantage, gaining ISO certification can be a gateway to large opportunities for companies.
To raise awareness of ISO standards and to demystify the process, which many businesses can find daunting, the company decided to host a free to attend webinar to coincide with World Standards Day. Company director, Mark Henderson, who is himself a BSI trained lead auditor, will give a snapshot of the processes, timescales and costs involved in gaining certification and the benefits it can bring.
“We speak with many businesses who are overwhelmed and daunted at the prospect of gaining ISO certifications, they believe the process will be costly, involve hours of their time and resources and not sure whether it will ultimately by worthwhile.
“By organising this webinar, in conjunction with the North East Automotive Alliance, we’re hoping to show how easy the process can be and the massive benefits and rewards it can bring.
“We’ve already helped over 40 businesses this year to gain UKAS accredited ISO certifications, many of which were required to gain this to be included on public sector tenders and frameworks, it can also help streamline processes within a business and maintain first-class customer service.
Mark will be discussing the five main standards and the processes involved in each, there will also be an opportunity for questions at the end of the session, so definitely something to get booked onto if ISO is of interest to you.”
