With the shift in national and international markets in the last 18months, Pixley Berries Juice have harnessed this change for good – with Octobox.

Pixley Berries have worked with Walton Industrial Containers and Octobox for over ten years; beginning with the desire to commit to using containers that were more sustainable and easier for their clients to use and return. Ultimately, Pixley Berries chose Octobox for its sustainability and low impact on the environment as well as the benefits to their customers.

We had been renting a solution previously, but some of our customers really struggled with it – sometimes not returning it back etc, and we knew then that ‘pome-based products’ was always going to exist for our business, so we decided to invest in Octoboxes.”

Like almost every business Pixley Berries (Juice) had to pivot very quickly with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic affecting many of their major clients in hospitality. They were successful in securing a contract with a major retailer, supplying them with 100% British NFC Cloudy Apple juice, which led to an influx of enquiries with other retailers. This, alongside other clients storing their Octoboxes given the drop in movement in their contents; meant that Pixley Berries (Juice) saw a leap in demand for Octoboxes – and needed them quickly.
