NEPIC member, Compliant, have provided ISO consultancy support to growing North East business CoreHaus, as they successfully gain ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Compliant, based in Sunderland, provide ISO management systems, health and safety support and facilities management services to businesses across the UK and have seen an increase in demand for their services throughout the last year.

Social enterprise modular housing manufacturer, CoreHaus, have recently relocated to larger premises in the North East at Jade Business Park in County Durham and have also experienced recent business growth, the company’s five-year plan will see 1000 new modular homes built every year.

In order to grow their business further and demonstrate their dedication to quality management, the environment, health and safety and continual improvement, CoreHaus required ISO certifications 9001, 14001 & 45001. Following successful discussions, Compliant were requested to provide management support with CoreHaus successfully gaining all three standards in April.

CoreHaus Managing Director, Scott Bibby was delighted with the successful certifications, commenting:
