Leighton joined NEPIC in 2024 as our first ever apprentice, undertaking his apprenticeship in Events and Marketing with NEPIC member Education Training Collective (Etc.).

Leighton works closely alongside our team to support members throughout their journey and helps with event enquiries while developing his skills in event organisation through our Cluster Connects and technical conferences.

Outside of work he is also a dedicated volunteer for local organisation, Women’s Assist Network which aims to support women in business across Tees valley.
