The Department for International Trade is offering businesses an opportunity to attend the first virtual event of a NPH German speciality chemicals conference – UK REACH & Chemical Legislation.
Germany and the Northern Powerhouse are two of the biggest producers of chemicals globally and in Europe.
Over 75% of the chemicals produced in the UK are from the Northern Powerhouse Region with clusters in Hull, Runcorn and Wilton.
Meanwhile Germany has always been one of the largest producers and consumers of chemicals.
During the recent COVID-19 the Chemical Industry has remained resilient and demonstrated the value of chemicals to the nation’s health.
The Webinar is aimed at chemical companies or users of chemicals to provide updated information on UK REACH, BPR and other relevant legislation.
This is a unique opportunity for German and UK companies to listen to Government experts provide information on the latest situation of EU Transition, relevant legislation and procedures on
movement of goods.
