To answer this question, the team at DEKRA are conducting an abridged study via a short but comprehensive survey, followed by an expert workshop; the objective being to gain insights for employers with regard to occupational safety, mental fitness and wellbeing.
The focus of the survey is on how employees felt working from home because of the coronavirus crisis and how the return to the workplace should be managed.
The questions address topics such as leadership, psychological stress, self-organisation, and work processes.
The mini study is being carried out in several countries in the English language and is being supervised and evaluated by DEKRA experts for occupational safety and labour organisation
The anonymous survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is aimed at anyone in or looking for gainful employment: Self-employed people, short-time workers, full-time and part-time employees, managers, salaried employees, labourers, and the unemployed.

Anyone who is interested in the results can participate in the free 90-minute online workshop.
