Horizon Works is offering a free marketing health check to NEPIC members which will look at all areas of a company’s marketing, from strategy, brand, messaging and data to digital presence, PR, marketing campaigns and internal and external communications.
The member offer equates to two days of free marketing consultancy from Horizon Works and will help NEPIC members to shape their future marketing efforts.
Horizon Works, which is based at Northumberland Business Park in Cramlington, Northumberland, specialises in working with innovative companies from complex sectors including manufacturing, engineering, scientific, life sciences and technology.
It has recently delivered a series of webinars for NEPIC members, designed to help businesses enhance their marketing activities.
The company offers a full range of marketing services in-house including strategy, market insight, marketing campaigns, communications, PR, website development, design, brand development and digital marketing.
Horizon Works’ member offer includes an initial online marketing assessment using its Snapshot360 diagnostic tool which asks questions around strategy, brand, market, customer-base, competition, marketing tactics and return on investment.
Once completed, within minutes the Snapshot360 user will receive an email with a report that scores all areas of their marketing, as well as providing an overall rating, and provides advice on how to drive marketing activities forward.
One of Horizon Works’ senior marketing experts will then follow up with a telephone consultation to discuss the results and explore the findings in more detail. Following this, Horizon Works will provide a detailed and bespoke recommendations report on key areas to consider for improvement and development, all based on the participating company’s initial results and its business objectives.
Samantha Vassallo, managing director of Horizon Works, said:
“We’re delighted to be supporting NEPIC members with specialist marketing services.
“It’s vitally important for businesses to take a step back and review their marketing strategies and activities on a regular basis, to ensure that they are getting the best return on investment and are engaging with their target markets effectively.
“Our new NEPIC member offer will provide businesses with a roadmap which will help them to shape their marketing strategies and tactics.”
County Durham-based custom printer solutions provider Martel Instruments used Snapshot360 to re-shape its approach to marketing.
Sharon Clark, marketing executive of Martel Instruments, said:
“Going through the Snapshot360 process enabled us to identify where there was room for improvement and showed us which areas we needed to focus on. It was a key step in our new marketing journey.”
