Some businesses are struggling to convince their staff to return from furlough Nicky Jolley, managing director of HR2day, says it is getting harder ‘every day.’

She said:

‘They’ve got ‘furlough fever’ enjoying, in essence, a paid holiday’

The scheme currently paying up to 80% of wages, to a maximum of £2,500 a month. 

Reports suggest the rate could be lowered after June and last until October.
