Malcolm Knott, ITS’ Managing Director explains:
“Whilst carrying out these actions, the safety of our employees, customers and supplier partners has been our highest priority.
We have introduced contingency plans to reduce the spread of the virus and enable our team to continue serving client needs effectively, remotely and safely.”
We are continuing to deliver systems, projects and support using our engineering, sales, admin and finance teams, who are predominantly working safely from their homes.
We are executing existing and new projects in line with government guidelines including documentation writing services, designing, building, testing and validating control, machine vision and management information systems, ready for installation.
The contingency plan also enables our engineering team to continue supporting industry and manufacturing operations, 24/7/365, efficiently, reliably and safely. We have introduced short-term, flexible and tailored Service Level Agreements for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, making it possible to assist manufacturing and processing companies, remotely, in the support of control systems, vision systems and management information systems.
The SLAs are designed to enable companies to maintain production and uptime throughout the pandemic.
We are committed to organising a series of free webinars, to educate, share product knowledge and help manufacturing and processing companies to be more competitive.
We are also pleased to announce that our training courses can now be delivered online via virtual classrooms.
If you are looking to enhance your skills in GxP, Validation, 21 CFR Part 11, Pharmaceutical, Risk Management, CAPA or Root Cause Analysis, please visit our course calendar and reserve your places online.
In partnership with Altec Engineering, we are offering a range of fully-validated bottling, sealing and packaging machines for companies looking to scale up the production of medical devices, pharmaceuticals and PPE, in response to the COVID epidemic.
Our team is keeping abreast of industry requirements.
We are proud that we have recently managed to help a manufacturer urgently in need of 5,000 ventilator parts, to find a suitable supplier.
