Hospitality Guaranteed’s Sarah Tweddle, conference manager and Renata Stiklinskaite, learner programme team leader have both made the miaList 2019 shortlist. The list recognises individuals who work in hospitality, the events sector and business meetings who have gone above and beyond their call of duty. The list showcases inspirational individuals who play an instrumental role in the organisation they work for.

“The short list has been released and we are immensely proud that two members of our team are included,” said owner, Victoria Brunton.

Sarah Tweddle has been with Hospitality Guaranteed since August 2009, when she started as a conference coordinator. Developing her own skills, Sarah has progressed into four different positions during her time with the company and has been commended for her consistent and exceptional service. Sarah has supported the company and run workshops to for her team and other departments to improve quality and deliver additional training.

“Sarah is a huge asset to our clients, the Hospitality Guaranteed team, suppliers and the company and deserves to be recognised for her consistent approach and exceptional contribution to the industry,” says owner, Amanda Jackson.

Renata Stiklinskaite joined the team in February 2016, initially starting as an apprentice administrator within the apprentice department. Renata has developed massively within the company and the department and has grown from an apprentice with little telephone and client experience to becoming a team leader managing her own accounts and supporting the department manager on a day-to-day basis.

Amanda added,

“Renata is now one of the most experienced team members within the department and ensures the day to day running of that part of the business is seamless.”

The first shortlist will be announced on the 3rd September 2019, with a final lunch taking place on the 7th November at Central Hall Westminster.
